A science graduate with a diploma in journalism, Shri N. V. Mali founded Navachetana Foundation in 1999, driven by a lifelong flair for serving the poor and promoting rural development. Under his leadership the Foundation established Vidyashilp International School in 2007, bringing CBSE-affiliated, English-medium education to the children of Haveri district.
Smt. Chandrakala N. Mali leads the Foundation's education portfolio, focusing on educational quality through the Child Education and School Programs. Her work ensures that the Foundation's mission reaches the youngest members of the communities we serve.
